The NE group is working on a plan and timeline to disconnect SE data and phone connectivity to the SW building. The tentative plan is to do the work during the Xmas break this year.

Confirm with the NE group on their plan for disconnecting data services from SE from SW.
Clark Construction will be shutting off power to SW from 6 am to 9 am on 11/24 to remove the temporary power that went to the new Science Center.

Follow up with vendor and facilities on the start date for running the fiber and copper cable to SW.

Meet with project team members to review the room layout for WDCE. They were in agreement that the room size was fine.
The virtualization of the WDCE servers to the existing ITOC in TP is still being worked on with network engineers.

There was a meeting held on January 11th that discussed the conduit work needed for connectivity to the building. Several options were discussed and will be reviewed by facilities to determine the best and practical solution to bring connectivity to the building.
